TRAINING SESSIONS NOW OPEN TO ALL INTERESTED
PLAYERS - CANDIDATES...
The Irvine Strikers have now opened their training sessions to all players interested in joining one of our teams! We truly believe that attending these open sessions increases the likelihood of garnering a roster spot. Outside the obvious benefit of attending a series of training sessions, we believe that kids, over time, become more relaxed due to their familiarity with our training and ultimately will perform and show better rather than under the pressure of a formal "tryout". More importantly, we believe players and their families should take the time to assess us as much as we assess them as hopefully there is a compatible fit long-term. Anyone is invited to attend these open training sessions. All we ask is that you register with us so we can capture your contact information and to ensure that we have someone there to welcome you to the session. Simply click on the link above to register.
There are many benefits to being part of the Strikers organization. On the boys side, we are part of the USDA (U.S. Developmental Academy) and on the girls side, we participate in the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League). Both of these opportunities ensure that Striker players are exposed to a national pool of college coaches and maximizes the potential for players that dream of playing in college, to realize that dream! Boys Academy is for u16, u17 and u19 players. ENCL is for girls is u15, u16 and u17. When comparing clubs with teams that play at the same level in CSL, extra opportunities, such as these, sets the Strikers apart from other clubs in the area. For more information on these benefits, contact the coach or the manager in the age group you are interested in trying out for.
Older teams (u14-u19) will begin training again in February so contact the coach or manager for times and dates. Boys Academy teams are currently training along with younger teams so fill out the registration form and it will be forwarded to the appropriate person.

From the 405 freeway exit Sand Canyon and go towards the mountains. Turn left on Barranca then right on Valley Oak. Oak Creek Park is on the right hand side. The soccer fields are located at the end of the parking lot.
